What to know before booking?

If you want me to come for a photoshoot outside of Palma there is an additional transport fee of 40 euros.

The usual place for a morning photoshoot is the park in front of the cathedral in Palma de Mallorca.

The usual place for an evening photoshoot is a beach or the countryside.

I have my favorite places to shoot but I am open to your preferences. I know it is often impossible to come to a rocky beach or city with a little child.

The Client must provide a retainer of 50 Euros plus the corresponding Value Added Tax or VAT (21%) in order to confirm the date.
The title of the transfer should include the date of the photoshoot and the Client’s full name.
The outstanding balance should be paid in cash on the day of the shoot.

In the event Client cancels the agreed photoshoot the retainer is non-refundable, in any case, all cancellations must be made in writing.

If “Mallorca Family Photos” is unable to perform pursuant to the terms of this agreement due to negligence, illness, accident, fire, road closures, severe traffic, or any other avoidable or unavoidable action, the retainer shall be refunded in the form of a bank transfer to the Client.

“Mallorca Family Photos” provides the client with an online gallery, available for two (2) months, ready for viewing, sharing, and downloading.
The online gallery stores the photographs in high-resolution digital format.

The Client grants “Mallorca Family Photos” a non-exclusive, free of charge, worldwide, for as long as the law permits, license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of and display any of the photographs taken during the photoshoot with the Client.

This license will be used by “Mallorca Family Photos” for self-promotion purposes on its website and social media channels, window displays, events, expositions, contests, books, or magazines, among others.
If the photographs subject to this license are going to be used in any of the ways established above, the Client would be notified as a reminder.

All photographs taken by “Mallorca Family Photos” are copyrighted to “Mallorca Family Photos”.
As a Client, any use, reproduction, or distribution of the photographs for personal or domestic use is permitted.
The Client agrees to not use, copy or distribute the photographs to third parties for any commercial purposes without written consent from “Mallorca Family Photos”.

When the Client shares any of the photographs on the Internet, each one must have the caption “Mallorca Family Photos” and the URL of its social media site.
